Number of View :146 中新网1月9日电香港《大公报》记者8日从深圳海关缉私局获悉，深圳成功破获一宗由港人家族组织的燕窝走私案，累计走私进口燕窝5.6万斤，涉案值逾7亿元，偷逃应缴税款2.26亿元，涉及深港水客200余人。 据缉私专案组透露，这是全国海关迄今为止查获的最大宗走私燕窝大案，据悉案件由最高人民检察院、最高人民法院联合督办，国家海关总署缉私局列为一级挂牌督办案件。 包括5名香港人在内的19名犯罪嫌疑人已被抓获，但头号主犯港人莫×萃仍在逃。据透露，这是一个有组织的家族式走私团伙，以香港莫氏家族与其亲戚潘×春兄妹4人组成水客走私集团，雇用水客200多人，其中固定成员40余人，实行公司化管理。 据深圳海关缉私局透露，经深挖扩线，案件涉及境内外560余家燕窝商行，其中香港卖主80余家，内地买主480余家，遍布全国15个省40个市县。 涉案的一名燕窝商贩称，目前内地市场上每斤燕窝的价格仅比香港高数百元，若正常进口获利很少，而通过水客走私燕窝入境俨然已成为业内皆知的秘密。同时，深圳海关以此案提供的线索和燕窝买家信息，杭州、汕头、南京等关区均已查发了燕窝走私案件，杭州海关已立案侦破一起案值4740万元的燕窝走私案。 据专案组查明，走私燕窝卖主集中在香港，而内地以广州购买人数最多、货量最大，仅广州市一德路海味干货市场就有近200户销售燕窝的商档，每年销售的燕窝近2万公斤，燕窝行业的水很深。今次，广州、深圳两地燕窝市场有15名涉案商铺负责人到专案组投案自首。 深圳海关缉私局破获这宗全国最大宗的走私案，源于2007年底获一条水客走私燕窝的线索。据悉，缉私警员以此侦查出深圳口岸存在一个以蚂蚁搬家方式走私燕窝等高档滋补品的团伙。 据查，该团伙的水客除了采用蚂蚁搬家方式走私外，同时，走私燕窝均统一采用黑色塑料袋包裹的方式。警方调查发现，200名水客均经相当专业的反侦察 … Video Rating: 0 / 5 Did you like this?
